My weight loss journey began with a simple realization 2 years ago - I needed to take charge of my health.
The scales showed 80 kg, and I could feel it weighing heavy on me. I knew I had to make a change. I wanted to feel better physically and mentally, and that became my driving force.
I made changes to my diet and routine. I added a little exercise and ate more fruits, vegetables, and lean protein while reducing processed foods and sugary snacks.
